Refund and Returns Policy

At Effort Pharmaceutical, we value your trust and want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following conditions apply to all returns:

Return Eligibility: Products are eligible for return within 10 days of the purchase/delivery date.

Unopened Items: Returns are accepted only if the product packaging is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

Opened Items: If the product has been opened, returns may still be considered if:

The product was damaged during delivery, or

You experienced a quality concern and contacted our Customer Care Team for approval before sending it back.

Valid Reason Required: Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind or do not like the product. A valid reason such as product damage, quality issue, or wrong item received is required for return approval.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Products that have been used, tampered with, or altered.

Products returned without original packaging, labels, or batch codes.

Free samples, promotional items, or gifts received with purchase.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or invoice is required to process all returns.

Condition of Return: Returned products must be sent back in a condition that ensures they are not further damaged in transit.

Final Approval: Effort Pharmaceutical reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any returned product based on the above conditions.

Return Options

Option 1: Direct Return

You may return products directly to our office at:

Effort Pharmaceutical, 28 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Pakistan

Once we receive and verify the products, your refund will be processed to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

 

Option 2: Courier Pickup

Our partner courier can collect the return from your delivery address.

A service charge of Rs. 200 will be deducted from your refund.

Once products are received and verified at Effort Pharmaceutical, the remaining refund will be processed to your preferred method (Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash).

Damaged or Tampered Products

If you believe your product has been tampered with or damaged:

Please retain the original packaging and product.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000.

Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on your location.

Purchases from Third-Party Stores

If you purchased Effort Pharmaceutical products from another online platform, please follow the return/refund policy of that website.

If purchased through one of our retail partners, kindly return the product directly to that store in line with their policy.
