At Effort Pharmaceutical, we value your trust and want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.<\/p>\n

Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following conditions apply to all returns:<\/p>\n

Return Eligibility:<\/strong> Products are eligible for return within 10 days of the purchase\/delivery date.<\/p>\n

Unopened Items: Returns are accepted only if the product packaging is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.<\/p>\n

Opened Items:<\/strong> If the product has been opened, returns may still be considered if:<\/p>\n

The product was damaged during delivery, or<\/p>\n

You experienced a quality concern and contacted our Customer Care Team for approval before sending it back.<\/p>\n

Valid Reason Required: Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind or do not like the product. A valid reason such as product damage, quality issue, or wrong item received is required for return approval.<\/p>\n

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:<\/p>\n

Products that have been used, tampered with, or altered.<\/p>\n

Products returned without original packaging, labels, or batch codes.<\/p>\n

Option 1: Direct Return<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may return products directly to our office at:<\/p>\n

Effort Pharmaceutical, 28 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Pakistan<\/p>\n

Once we receive and verify the products, your refund will be processed to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.<\/p>\n

Option 2: Courier Pickup<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our partner courier can collect the return from your delivery address.<\/p>\n

A service charge of Rs. 200 will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n

Once products are received and verified at Effort Pharmaceutical, the remaining refund will be processed to your preferred method (Bank Account \/ Easy Paisa \/ Jazz Cash).<\/p>\n

Damaged or Tampered Products<\/u><\/p>\n

If you believe your product has been tampered with or damaged:<\/p>\n

Please retain the original packaging and product.<\/p>\n
